b) Detailed explanation of the issue
c) Clear photographs or videos showing the problem, if applicable
2.2. Our customer support team will review your request and determine its eligibility for a refund within 2 business days. We may request additional information or evidence, if necessary, to process your refund request.

- Return Shipping:
3.1. If a return is approved for a refund, we will provide you with instructions for returning the watch. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless there has been a mistake on our behalf or the watch is damaged/defective upon arrival.
3.2. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning the watch to ensure its safe arrival. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
- Refund Processing Time:
4.1. Once we receive the returned watch, we will inspect it to verify the eligibility for a refund. This process may take up to 5 days from the date of receipt.
4.2. After the inspection, if the refund is approved, we will initiate the refund within 2 business days. The time it takes for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method may vary depending on the payment provider.
